All Are Welcome Beer: Thank you all for an amazing night!

Did R.T. Rybak and John Munson actually dance on top of the bar at Lakes & Legends Brewing Company? You betcha and we have the photos to prove it! It was just one of the magical, only-in-Minnesota moments from All Are Welcome Beer on April 6. (Photos by the wonderful Erin Benner at angelicjewelphotography.com.)

Thanks to the star power of our celebrity guest bartenders, there was a line out the door -- and all the way down the block. R.T. RybakJohn Munson and Nora McInerny got the party started, followed by Adam LevyMaria Isa, and last minute addition of ACLU super fan Jeremy MessersmithSweetpea and Seven sizzled behind the bar followed by event closers P.O.S. and Lazerbeak from Doomtree

Event supporters learned more about ten local nonprofits who joined the fun including Still KickinArc Greater Twin CitiesHuman Rights CampaignWomen's March MinnesotaAmerican Refugee CommitteeJewish Community Relations Council: Minnesota and the Dakota, and American Families United. At the table for The Iraqi + American Reconciliation Project, we wrote over 100 letters of support for Iraqis in our community. The ACLU of Minnesota ran out of pocket-sized constitutions. The Minnesota RollerGirls entertained the kiddos with their wheels and encouraged all to take and share #allarewelcomebeer selfies.

We ate delicious cupcakes by Amy's Cupcake Shoppe, chocolates from St. Croix Chocolate Company, and savory sausages from New Bohemia. Tiny Footprint Coffee made tasty pour-overs, too!

By the night's end, we sold out of all SEVEN kegs --  that's 868 glasses -- of All Are Welcome Beer, danced to DJ Rick Ausland from Instant Request, and raised over $6000 for the ACLU of Minnesota.

Thank you, ALL for making this evening such an amazing success!
