Returns and Exchanges

It is very important to us that our customers are happy with their All Are Welcome Here products.

Returns or exchanges on merchandise purchased through our website or purchased directly from us at a market or event are gladly accepted within 30 days after purchase by contacting us at hello@allarewelcomehere.us. We cannot accept returns or make exchanges after 30 days. We also cannot accept return or exchanges for items purchased through one of our retail partners.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will gladly replace any items that are defective or damaged, or exchange items if we incorrectly fulfilled your order. To initiate an exchange, please email us within 30 days after purchase at hello@allarewelcomehere.us, and include the name on your order and the order number. We may also ask for photos of damaged items. Once we receive your exchange, we’ll send your replacement items. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

Returns  (if applicable)

All returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging. We require an order number or receipt. Masks and final sale items cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To initiate a return, please email us within 30 days after purchase at hello@allarewelcomehere.us with your order number and request for return. Once we have acknowledged your return, please package your item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, and ship to:

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven business days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If two weeks have passed since we’ve notified you of your refund, please send us an email at hello@allarewelcomehere.us.
